The hotel is best located if one needs to depart from Terminal 3. It's a short walking distance in door to the departure hall at Terminal 3. This cuts almost one hour for me to arrive departure hall before the flight. So the location couldn't be better! The hotel has a restaurant I didn't use but it's nice to have it. There are plenty of restaurant choices nearby, all inside near the departure hall. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is on the small side but in great condition. The hotel room is very clean. This is the quietest airport hotel I have ever been. I heard absolutely nothing about taking off or landing. My room was facing the back with a decent view. Not so perfect part was the room does not have any usb port to charge electricity, a minor inconvenience. Overall, I am very happy with the hotel, will definitely come back if I stop over in Haneda.

I expected a really small room that wasn't going to be nice. Instead the room was really nice, the shower/bathroom was great and it was very quiet. It was a terrific place to stay before a flight the next morning. The only thing I regretted was not having breakfast in their nice dining room. Instead we check in early only to find that the food offerings were mediocre at best and that the airline clubs didn't take priority passes.

When we returned Tokyo after travelling around Japan we decided to stay at the Royal Park at Haneda to simplify our departure. We booked and paid for two nights, but only stayed one. We checked out at 7 pm just after checking into our flight home. It's so conveniently located. It's essentially in Terminal 3 at the opposite end to the monorail station. We arrived back in Tokyo on the Shinkansen. Couldn't find lockers available at Tokyo station. We took the Yamanote Line to Hamamatsuchō and put our bags in lockers. Spent the rest of the day seeing Tokyo and caught the monorail out to Haneda and checked in. The next morning we went out in Tokyo and returned to the hotel before our flight. It was fabulous. We were able to shower and change for the flight. This was the perfect hotel and location for what we did.

Great to be right in terminal 3 ready for flight home. Taxi driver had trouble finding the entrance which is actually through the departure terminal lobby.very quiet despite being at the airport.
