I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was above and beyond nice.

8/10 Good Ciara

Hotel was good but not in the best part of Shinjuku. Lots of bars/nightlife/clubs but it was close to the train station which was useful.

The hotel had just opened back up so I made a week long reservation here due to the good reviews. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. It is located near a few rail stations so it makes it easy to get around. As a heads up, if you take the train or airport limousine to Shinjuku you will most likely get off at Shinjuku station. It is about a 15 minute walk from that station to the hotel. I saw lots of sweaty tourists checking in who had just finished lugging their heavy bags through the side alleys haha. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel had it all. Even though the room was quite small, but I guess it is norm for Japan, it had all necessary items. We loved that it had a restaurant with a view on the 23rd floor, had good breakfast that is also had nice view, beds were very comfortable, and the area was great with few local pockets near by.

Very smooth check in (I arrived at noon but room was ready so got to check in early), polite service, clean room. Just a note about the surrounding area: Kabukicho is safe as in you won’t get robbed on the street, just watch out for solicitors/touts for shady bars. They like to target men who are alone to go to their bar and charge massive hidden fees. I don’t drink so it wasn’t an issue, but have heard of intoxicated people who got scammed.
