Excellent location just a few stops on the train from Haneda airport. Good size room for 3, and clean hotel with everything to accommodate my family. Great customer service, will definately stay here again when visiting Tokyo. Coin operated laundry available and a 7 eleven downstairs with all your food and coffee needs which made everything so convenient and our stay enjoyable. Caught the Shinkansen to Kyoto and left our luggage at Shinagawa Prince Hotel for 3 days. We loved it so much we cancelled our other Hotel to stay in Shinagawa Prince Hotel for the remainder of our stay in Tokyo.

It is convenient just opposite to the station. The main tower is a bit old. And even room guest has to be charged 7,500yen for using the swimming pool? It’s insane!

Excellent staff and a beautiful hotel in a great area. If you’re flying into Tokyo and get in a bit late this is a perfect option near Haneda airport and a very short walk from Shinagawa station. Easy transfer to Kyoto the next morning.
