Easy check in and helpful staff. Had trouble with the safe on the last day and they immediately came and helped. Rooms and bathrooms are a bit small compared to Western standards but was totally serviceable. close to Shibuya transportation and in the morning, a nice walk to Yoyogi Park. Area restaurants don't really open before 10, so that was a bummer, and the room AC was weak but we brought an extra travel fan so it wasn't too bad. Would recommend for an inexpensive stay

Great service. Very welcoming and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location is probably one of the best for Shibuya. Very convenient. The rooms are a little bit small and compacted but for light travellers this might not be an issue. Overall very haply with the service.

I would recommend this property. The room was nice but small compared to American hotels. It was in a good location......walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and sights (such as Shibuya Sky, Shibuya Stream, Meiji Shrine, Yoyogi Park, and Shibuya subway station). The only negative was that the air conditioner in our room didn't seem to work very well. The room was a bit on the warm side and humid when we showered. However, the hotel did lend us a fan which came in very handy. Staff was very kind and helpful. I will stay there again if I go back to Shibuya.
