I like the convenience of the property. I feel absolutely safe there. The room size is comfortable. The hotel grounds and room are clean.

The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the staff are wonderful. If you specify then you can get a room with a view of parts of the DisneySea evening show, or the bay, or the wedding pavillion and grounds. If you dont ask, you get a view of the car park. Transfer to the parks is a breeze, and the journey to Narita is childs play - if you get a travel card!

Very convenient to DisneySea. Property was celebrating its 35th anniversary and its showing its age. Could use some updating.

The children’s facilities, laundry room, mini golf, indoor playground. Huge swimming pool! Great for rainy days to be inside swimming and the onsen was nice too!

We stayed at Sheraton Grande June 13-23. Our room was on 10th floor. All of hotel floors had new carpet, except ours. It was all covered in stains. We couldn’t use the outside pool due to construction in that area, and presence of outside pool was one of the reasons we picked this hotel among others. Hotel staff was pleasant, beds were comfortable, and the food was good.

Your stuck - there only a couple non Disney hotels near the park. This one shows the wear of the constant Disney crowd.
