Pleasant place for a Disney Good Neighbor (DGN) hotel.. Place is fairly quiet except for a few bumps in the night.. Kids in the room over us were likely excited and kept jumping and running around.. But expected given it’s a DGN hotel.. We did notice that a bunch of students were staying, likely for a Disney field trip as we saw similar school uniforms at the park.. Love their free shuttle to Disney and back.. which is also quite convenient to use for the mall next to Disney.. I think their best quality is the Tiroir Store..Lots of free items from shampoo, hair products, kids pajamas, teas, and lots more!!

Great hotel right next to the train station. Was able to get our family of 5 each a bed in 1 room. They even have a free shuttle to Disneyland.

Stayed here four nights prior to doing our eight day tour of Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. Wanted to do the two Disney parks and this place was a great stay for that. Free shuttle to the park plus a great location for restaurants. The British Pub in the lower level was a great place to hang out and the daily free nuts, candy, ice cream and even free draft beer in the lobby made the stay even greater. Highly recommend this hotel if you are going to the Disney parks in Tokyo.

Very considerate hotel, take your own supply from the lobby, they provide everything you need in the room, pajama, toothbrush, skincare, hair accessories and treatments, tea bags with many choices, etc and everyday free snacks and drinks at lounge. Rooms are spacious but a bit out dated, not a problem though. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Free shuttle bus to Disneyland, so convenient! Staffs are friendly. The only thing is such a big hotel, it needs more washing machines and dryers, it takes time to line up to use at night time. Will definitely come back.

Check in is a very manual process. You (not an employee of the hotel) must type in every one in your party using a touch screen (not keyboard) .

The hotel staff members are very helpful and friendly. They successfully helped us make arrangements via taxi for a very time sensitive appointment. The location was very accessible to the train system.
