I travel to Tokyo every year but have never previously stayed in Ginza nor at a Mitsui Garden property. The service was outstanding ... and I'm now a fan of this hotel chain and will be staying here in the future.

The hotel was well appointed. Rooms clean and with a beautiful contemporary design. Employees super friendly and helpful! Near the gorgeous Ginza 6 mall. Would definitely stay here again!!!!!

Good central location. Close to all shopping centers and points of interest. Only minutes away from Ginza station. All the staff at the front desk areas are courteous and efficient, real professionals. Rooms are spacious and clean. The lobby is located on the 16th floor of the building with a magnificent view of the city. The same goes for the all the rooms since they are all above the sixteenth floor. Will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Japan.

The location was very convenient and the room overall was clean. However, poor overall service. Mitsui staff gave us a smoking room with one bed even though the paid reservation was for nonsmoking room for two beds (as shown in picture). The lobby checkin staff showed me the expedia booking form to them specifically asked for a one bed, smoking, room which was entirely different from what I paid for. The pictures are deceiving and Expedia is also at fault here for false advertisement and poor booking. We asked for 2 towels to be sent to the room, which we never received. The room reeked with smoke. We will never stay here again and will learn to not book through Expedia after this trip is complete.

There is very little storage space in the room & the bath room. I would say it is the least storage space in the hotels I have been staying for the past forty years.

This place is conveniently located and accessible to many places in Ginza Tokyo. The facilities are a bit outdated and needs a touch up.

On 2 occasions both bar and restaurant were fully booked - due to shortage of staff. Rooms are small but it is Japan. More basic than I was expecting
