It locates 10 mins walk from Shinjuku JR station which has a balance of quiet and prosperity. Convenience and easy to travel. Spacious and good service. Highly recommended.

The hotel was nice on the first floor but the rooms were very dated. The carpet was old and worn. The bed was too hard and the refrigerator barely kept the drinks cold and leaked water. Bathrooms seemed like they were from the 70s.
