Nice, easy access to the subway and other train and walkable to the city. Staffs are all kind and helpful, I believe that's Japanese standard.

I stayed three days two weeks prior and was very pleased with the room and service. I was expecting the same two weeks later. Alas,this one day stay had the two of us in a very tiny room. It was clean and usable...just a bit claustrophobic.

Hotel is so bigger. Good for shopping and dining. If you stay this hotel, weekday is better. Most restaurants and shops close on weekend.
