Very simple but well taken care of property. The standard room is small but very comfortable - great bed, wonderful bathroom facilities, wifi works perfectly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location - 5 min walk from the train station, very easy to get to the city center , 7eleven on the ground floor.
8/10 Good Samuel
The hotel is quite close to the JR Akasaka station which was convenient. The surrounding area has quite a good variety of restaurants. The hotel room itself was quite small, however standard by Japanese size. The staff were very helpful and even processed an upgrade from an (accidental) smoking room booking to non-smoking room.
10/10 Excellent Hany
Has 7/11 right next to hotel which was very convenient. Staffs were nice and spoke English well. Which some of places they had issue speaking English to communicate with visitors

We stayed in Mystays for 4 nights and selected the econ-friendly room. Though the room was small, it has almost everything we need and was very clean and looked new. The only problem with my room is the sink water draining. The water stopper is so closed to the draining hole that it takes forever to drain all the water. I ended up bending a q-tip to raise the stopper to drain the water faster. 😂 By the way, my room was 1122.

Good area..Akasaka is a bustling area. Hotel is close to many amenities.
8/10 Good Kirt
Pleasant stay. You need to catch the subway for most attractions as Akasaka is a business district.
