Our family of 4 had 1 night stay before taking a flight to Osaka. Conveniently located by Haneda and the shuttle service back to airport was great. The beds were also super comfortable after a 13 hour flight!

My room smelled like urine. I told the front desk immediately. They gave me a bottle of disinfectant and said they would send the maid. No one came. It was hard to sleep with the smell.

Overall this hotel is great amd has a airport shuttle which is super convenient! The only thing i'd complain on, is the air conditioner doesnt seem to stay on running even when you put it "on" and not "auto". Summer in japan is crazy hot and humid so thats my only complaint! Otherwise we would definitely stay again!

Staff were always helpful and very friendly. Lots of restaurants nearby. Close to the airport - very convenient for early morning flight.
