I enjoyed having the convenience store on the first floor! Also, all of the free daily snacks in the lobby were an added bonus— the ochazuke served in the evening was my favorite! The staff is able to speak English well, and they were all super kind and helpful (:

The hotel was just about in the middle of tokyo and quite convenient to the subway and JR lines. Not much in a touristy area, but convenient distance wise to either ends of tourist places. Some staff were really friendly, some were just quiet. Various amenities throughout the day made the hotel feel just like home.
