At Check they forgot to tell me my room is not cleaned automatically and I had to request tor it. To get my room cleaned, I have to place a notice on the door. I didn’t and my room was never cleaned till the 3rd day.

Amazing hotel and location. Right in the middle of Shinjuku and has all amenities readily available. Highly recommended .

Nice hotel. The mattress is extremely hard. The carpet looks old so just wear some good sandals. The rooms was clean though. The area outside is super convenient but at night it’s a bit sketchy.

A little warm in the room and the breakfast was just ok. But good location and facilities.

Was very happy with this hotel. Cozy yet modern. Great for singles and couples. Okay for familys if they live small and affordable. If i return to Japan Ill be re booking here. Arigatou as they say.

Staff and Facilities were great. We chose "breakfast/brunch included" and that turned out to be a great decision; large variety of great food to start our day.
