It was just an ordinary hotel with a basic breakfast buffet. I didn’t mind the hotel but one of the front desk workers were so rude and that left a bad taste for me.

Great place for family to stay and short walking distance to Shin Urayasu Station which you can easily go to Tokyo. Excellence service. The only issue was theres not drinking water provided for the 2 nights during my stay.

They were nice enough to upgrade our room when better ones were available. Rooms were very clean, spacious and modern. Breakfast had a good selection too. Staff were very friendly. I would stay here again.
