A 10-minute walk from the closest subway/train stations, but otherwise a convenient location with helpful staff and ultra clean/comfortable rooms.

Stayed for 10 days and we loved it. The rooms are small compare to the US, so if you have a family of 4 make sure to book two rooms.

The hotel is new, very clean, close to everything, bathroom was great, staff super friendly. Highly recommend.

The hotel was brand new so it was very clean. Free welcome drink was nice. The rooms were bigger than some other hotels and there was a large bathroom with ofuro and the toilet in a separate room, which was nice.

Staff is friendly, close to the bus terminal and metro. Facility is clean. Our queen bed room is pretty small, no chair, tiny table, bed is comfort though. If you have a big luggage, you may not have space to open it.

10 out of 10 would stay again. It was so close and convenient. Room was spacious, bathroom was nice. Beds comfy. Staff was very polite. I think the only downside for most people who aren't familiar with Japanese culture is that its right where all the host/ Kyabakura clubs are, but personally I don't mind it.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! I know very little Japanese and they helped me make a dinner reservation, call taxi, hold my bags amongst other things. I can’t recommend them enough!
