My family’s stay at the Cerulean Tower Hotel in Shibuya Tokyo was a phenomenal experience. From prior to arrival, where they responded to our requests and questions promptly, to our actual arrival at the hotel, our stay, and until departure the staff was warm, friendly, patient, and courteous. Our room was fantastic, the hotel starts on the 19th floor and goes up to around 40. We were on the 20th floor but even then, had an amazing view. The location is exceptional, I mean, it’s Shibuya. We watched Hatchi the movie and then went to see his statue at Shibuya Station / Crossing a few blocks away. It’s an absolutely amazing story and my sons, 7 and 9, were in tears. The train station was close and convenient. Amazing experience! Thank you to the staff of the Cerulean Hotel!

This is a beautiful place to stay. The staff was professional--almost military in their efficiency. We had a high floor, and the view was fabulous. The water pressure is scary--and that's a good thing. Room service is snappy and professional. The location is just okay--it's a bit of a walk to the subways and JR--lots of steps and you have to use a rather busy overpass, but it's a ten-minute speed walk to some trains (and about 15 to others). But Shibuya is a fun place--tons of crazy stores and small places to eat. This place ain't cheap, but if you want to treat yourself to a comfortable and clean room, this is for you. See less

Upscale Hi-Rise hotel, very close to the super busy Shibuya station. The staff is incredibly courteous and helpful; and they speak English well enough to accommodate non-Japanese visitors. The bathrooms were the best I've seen in a hotel. Definitely recommended for an urban, convenient location in Tokyo.

Overall hotel and staff were great. They allowed late check out with an extension. Only upgrade to one room and use of fitness center and pool was an extra cost. Amenities were amazing

A great place to stay in Tokyo. Convenient with easy access to Shibuya Station and shopping. Staff was very attentive.
