10/10 Excellent Laurie
We would return to this hotel....Our room was about half the size (exaggeration a bit) of the photo. It was so small, it was funny. The bathroom was a good size and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. They even had a hair straightener (a must for the wedding we attended!) It was not easy to find the first time, but not fault of the hotel. The first two nights we had some noise from some rowdy happy people late at night in the and outside bars park opposite our room. Oh well. It was worth it. There were plenty of eateries in the immediate neighborhood and it is very close to the Shinjuku train station. Very convenient. As our first two days promised to be rainy, the hotel had a supply of umbrellas to borrow and to purchase at a reasonable price. The only thing not so great was the breakfast. Pricey for not too many choices (as compared to other experiences.)
10/10 Excellent Jing Sheng
Proximity to Shinjuku food, sights and attractions and the property is clean with friendly staff. Room is a bit small so some maneuvering is required if you come with a large suitcase, but you should book this place knowing that!
8/10 Good Bilal
The place was nice and convenient and we had a great time with such a perfect location. But the rooms of the lower tier are way too small for a family (2 adults/one 3 year old). I repeat, be careful the room is very small on lower tiers. As in Shinjuku - the hotel doesn't feel like a hotel rather like a budget friendly inn given that basically after midnight there is no staff. Its quite clean, room is equipped to what is needed. If you are here only to wake up, change, shower and sleep in - this is the spot! Recommended, if you are looking for a hotel “experience” this is not it definitely.

Good hotel for Shinjuku. Was clean as well.
8/10 Good Janet
Property was very new, clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was quiet at night, good for sleeping. The varied pillows were odd sized and hard to use for sleeping. The bathroom design with a drain trough on the floor by the tub, is just patently unsafe. It's a fall or broken ankle, waiting to happen.
10/10 Excellent gwanyeong
Excellent hotel in walking distance of Shinjuku main station. Excellent food right outside the hotel.
