6/10 Okay Mami
Beautiful common areas but rooms are extremely dated. Also stains in bathroom and floors.

The bed mattress was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. It was also so quiet, I had a great sleep!

Great hotel. I WILL RECOMMEND
8/10 Good CHUN YIN
The room's interior still feels like the 1990s, some parts of the room are run down but still functional. The price was reasonable and the transportation around the hotel was very convenient as it was close by shinagawa station.
8/10 Good Uchit
Beautiful hotel walking distance from Shinagawa station

Just had a one night stay at this property, everything seemed updated except the room. The bathroom was very dated and there was very little sink space for 3 people. For a one night stay, it wasn't bad, but could've been a struggle on a longer stay.

A great base for our 6 night stay in Tokyo. An easy (uphill) walk from Shinagawa train station. The room was comfy and well appointed, love having the patio for fresh air. Our only disappointment was the in-house breakfast, which we went to on our last morning as a treat. We felt wasn't great value for the selection offered, especially once the mandatory service fee was added (ended up being close to AUD100 for 2 adults), and despite being advertised as open until 1030, was being packed up around us at 10am, making it uncomfortable to linger. We would definitely stay again, but stick to the 7eleven or restaurants at Shinagawa station for breakfast.
8/10 Good Don
Overall lovely, however many facilities closed
8/10 Good Henry
the hotel is closed to station but there is a slope from the station to hotel, which is not friendly for people with big luggage.
10/10 Excellent Yuichi
5 minute walk from the major train station, Shinagawa. If you don’t want to walk a whole distance, you can swing by one of their sister hotels, Shinagawa Prince Hotel, they will give us a ride to the hotel for free. Convenience store in downstairs which gives us another layer of convenience. If you have a few extra minutes at night, there is a courtyard with a lighting which gives us extra relaxation. A little pricey but worth every penny.
